Arme el sitio y no manda mails desde el propio WordPress, por ejemplo para recuperar una contraseña.
Lo que hice fue instalar el plugin WP Mail SMTP.
Creé una cuenta nueva de Correo con su clave.
Y configurar el plugin como ilustro en la foto.
pero me sigue dando error y no manda correos…
¿A alguien le a pasado con Latincloud?
(ya abrí un ticket con ellos, pero estoy un poco urgido)

Pregunta obvia pero ese mail no-reply@… Existe?
Por otro lado fíjate en la configuración de los puertos de salida que utiliza el servidor, tal vez son otros.
Alguna vez me pasó que tuve que hacer varios intentos hasta que le di a cuál era la correcta.
Cómo plus, después por seguridad configuro la contraseña desde el config.php

Creo que el plugin te muestra algun tipo de logs no? Estaria bueno que los compartas para ver si se ve algun error.

Parece que hay un problema con el protocolo de seguridad, espera STARTLS y vos vas por TLS, podrias probar de cambiar el puerto a 443 a ver si se conecta.
Cambié a 443 en la configuracion del plugin WP Mail SMTP y tira el mismo error:

Si en este ultimo es peor, mejor volver al 587, hay algun error de validacion, me parece que no queda otra que mandar el log al soporte y esperar, a mi no se me ocurre otra cosa :S

Buen día MIguel, pruebe cambiando el servidor SMTP a: smtp.correoseguro.co
y funcionó!!
Ahh excelente, que bueno que se solucionó. Si se veia ese dominio en el log y era raro.
(no se por qué hablas en pasado… es raro!!! jajja)
